No. ThirdHorizon scopes and manages the engagement and remains accountable for the agreed workstream.

Who contracts with ThirdHorizon?

The sponsor, portfolio company or both may contract, depending on governance, budget and confidentiality requirements.

Do sponsors see all company information?

No. Reporting scope and access are agreed for each mandate, and company confidentiality is preserved where necessary.

Can the work continue beyond 90 days?

Yes. A sprint may transition into embedded support, a managed function, handover or an expanded mandate.

Are operational mandates always accepted?

No. Operational-transformation work is accepted selectively based on advisor fit, sector relevance and available execution resources.
