Information we collect
Through general enquiries, portfolio-mandate and IR-team requests, and advisor applications, we may collect names, contact details, organization, role, sponsor or company information, business requirements, professional history, uploaded documents and other information you provide.
How information is used
We use information to respond to enquiries, assess mandate fit, review advisor applications, conduct conflict checks, administer contracts and engagements, maintain quality and meet relevant legal or record-keeping requirements.
Applicant data
Advisor applications are never published automatically. A public profile requires separate explicit approval. Application does not guarantee network acceptance or an assignment.
Uploaded documents
Files are stored privately and handled only as needed to assess a potential engagement or application. Do not send material non-public information, third-party confidential information or files you are not authorized to share.
External services
Website hosting, data storage and email-delivery providers may process limited technical and submitted information as necessary to provide those services.
Retention and security
We retain information for a period reasonably necessary for the purpose, contractual administration and relevant legal requirements. We apply reasonable access restrictions and safeguards.
