Fractional IR for Japan

A fractional IR operating capability for Japan.

ThirdHorizon provides a Tokyo-based, bilingual IR function for portfolio companies, selected listed companies and fund managers engaging Japan. A senior fractional IR lead, specialist advisors and structured workflows operate as one managed engagement.

Common Triggers

  • The investor narrative and materials no longer reflect the business
  • Management needs a repeatable preparation and follow-up process
  • A fund manager needs stronger DDQ, data-room or LP communications
  • A portfolio sponsor wants a structured IR program across several companies

FAQ

Practical questions before an engagement.

Is this an advisor introduction service?

No. ThirdHorizon scopes and contracts the engagement, assembles the team, manages delivery and remains accountable throughout.

Does management remain responsible for disclosures?

Yes. Client leadership retains strategic decisions, approved financial information, disclosure authorization and final approval.

Do you promise investor introductions or fundraising results?

No. ThirdHorizon provides IR, business and strategic advisory execution. It does not promise investor access, financing, share-price performance or transaction completion.

How long does an engagement last?

Build Sprints normally run for six to eight weeks. Managed Functions generally begin with a three-month or longer operating period.

Can the team work in Japanese and English?

Yes. The team is configured around the required language, market and stakeholder context.
