ThirdHorizon provides strategic, business, portfolio-support and investor-relations advisory services. Information on this website does not constitute investment or legal advice, an offer, recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial product.
No outcome guarantee
ThirdHorizon does not guarantee commercial, financial, investor-introduction, financing, share-price, investment, transaction or any other specific outcome. Sponsors and company management retain responsibility for strategic, operational, legal, financial and disclosure decisions. Engagement scope and responsibilities are defined in a separate agreement.
Advisor disclosure, conflicts and confidentiality
Advisor participation, availability and disclosure of names, photographs or career details are subject to advisor consent, mandate fit, conflict review, confidentiality obligations and confirmation by ThirdHorizon. ThirdHorizon may decline, limit or reconfigure an engagement where a conflict, employment restriction or other constraint cannot be appropriately managed. Profiles do not constitute offers for direct employment or direct contracting.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, rights in the website’s text, design, brand assets and other content belong to ThirdHorizon or the relevant rights holder.
